Stafford House

This project involved transforming an existing dwelling into a cozy modern masterpiece that the owners now call home. Our involvement included conceptualising the underside build-in of the Queensland home to maximise valuable space and developing concepts for subsequent floor levels. Thanks to the owners’ hard work in completing the renovations, and relevant development and building application approvals, the project now promotes well-being through natural ventilation, thermal comfort, and stunning sunrise and sunset views. Our practice’s role was limited to the conceptualisation process and floor plan layout, including the introduction of stairs to connect the two levels. The owners have since further transformed the interior into a remarkable masterpiece, and it would be remiss not to showcase images of the entire house.
