To enhance the already successful occupancy and services of the surgery, our practice was approached by the building certifier associated with the site owners. Our role was focused on meeting parking requirements as directed by the certifier. This process was effectively managed and approved by others. Although the site has since changed owners, it continues to provide valuable surgical services to the community.
