FAQs

Do I need to have plans or a clear brief before contacting ISA™?

Not at all. Many of our clients come to us with a rough idea, a wishlist, or just a problem to solve. We’ll help you shape the vision and guide you from there.

Do you only take on full projects?

We primarily focus on design — that’s our core strength. But for the right projects, like many featured on our site, we also take on the construction side through our design and construct model. It’s reserved for builds we’re passionate about delivering from start to finish.

Do you work on renovations and extensions?

Yes. We take on renovations or extensions that are creatively interesting or offer a unique design challenge. If it’s just a basic add-on, we’re probably not the right fit.

Can I use my own builder?

Yes. While we offer construction for select projects, many clients choose to engage their own builder. We’ll collaborate to ensure everything is documented and coordinated properly.

What areas do you service?

We’re based in Brisbane and regularly work across the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and greater SEQ.

What types of projects do you take on?

We take on anything that aligns with the skills and insight we bring — but we have a specialist focus on childcare centres, exclusive residences, and boutique commercial projects.
